Protected connections
Aplauso and its service providers use encrypted connections for data in transit. Marketing and authentication callbacks also use defensive response headers and no-store handling where session handoffs occur.

Clear access boundaries. Specialized payment providers. Labeled Demo data. Honest claims. Here is what Aplauso can document today, including where we deliberately stop short of promises the evidence cannot support.

Practices in force
These statements are grounded in Aplauso’s current product, policies, and operating controls. They are intentionally specific enough to evaluate and modest enough to remain true.
Aplauso and its service providers use encrypted connections for data in transit. Marketing and authentication callbacks also use defensive response headers and no-store handling where session handoffs occur.
Business access is limited by the organization, property, department, outlet, and role a person is permitted to use. Product views are designed to fail closed when that scope cannot be established.
Stripe and connected payment services process full card and bank-account details. Aplauso does not store full card numbers or full bank-account numbers.
Business performance views focus on service evidence, response volume, confidence, and recognition activity rather than exposing an individual’s exact tip earnings.
Illustrative Demo data is labeled as Demo data. It is useful for exploring supported workflows, never presented as a customer result or live operating evidence.
Aplauso does not claim certifications, uptime guarantees, autonomous business decisions, or customer outcomes that have not been verified and approved for public use.
Boundaries matter
Security language becomes harmful when broad adjectives replace concrete evidence. Aplauso publishes the practices it can support and names the limits beside them.
This page describes current practices; it is not a certification or audit report.
Aplauso does not present Tip Sharing as payroll, tax, or jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Recovery supports accountable follow-up; it does not promise that every concern will be resolved.
Aria can prepare supported actions for review, but a person must confirm a change before it is applied.
Where to go next
Trust is easier to evaluate when policies, product behavior, and human support are not collapsed into one vague promise.
